My name is Lorae Misipeka.
Born in New Zealand, raised on the north east coast of Australia.
I’m interested in how getting outside and appreciating growing things can shift our mental health and reenergise optimism.
Fresh air and moody optimism. It’s these themes that unite and motivate my work.
I moved through many mediums before landing on the buoyant and loose textured acrylic landscapes and arrangements that are common in my work.

I use premium artist-grade materials for my paintings. All paintings are sealed with medium and varnish and create to last.
